Thank you so much to those parents that took the time to fill in the questionnaire at parents evening - we really value your opinion!
The areas that you felt we did well in are:
You felt welcome in school and are invited in to school for assemblies and presentations.
You felt your children were happy at school and you were pleased with the amount of help your child gets.
You felt the rewards were appropriate and felt the rules and sanctions were fair and that your children were safe at school.
You would like us to do better at:
Informing you of your child's targets and ensure homework is given out consistently.
As a result of this the staff should be sending out text messages weekly, informing you of your child's homework. Also targets should be written in the back of your child's planner at the end of each half term after the children have carried out their assessments.
Here are a few quotes from the additional comments that parents made.
"My child is very happy at school and is gaining in confidence. She loves homework and discussing her school life at home"
"Seen a real change with my child’s development, so thanks to the staff"
"My child loves school, we are very pleased with his progress."
